Who we are

What we collect

• What you type: your first name, email address, and phone number.
• Which option you choose: whether you selected "I want help" or "I'll do it myself".
• Collected automatically when you submit: your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and the date and time. These are kept as proof of consent and to limit spam submissions.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or any other sensitive personal information through this form.

Why we collect it

You give us this information so we can send you the Roadmap and follow up about your request. Concretely we use it to: email you the Roadmap; contact you by email or phone about Google Business Profile and SEO services; and keep a record that you asked us to contact you.

Consent to be contacted

By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you agree that we may contact you at the email address and phone number you provide, including by phone call and text message, about your request and our services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email, or by calling or emailing us using the contact details above, and we will stop contacting you.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored on our web host's servers in a file that is not publicly accessible from the web. Email is sent and stored through our email provider. We keep lead information for as long as needed to respond to your request and for our business records, and we delete it on request.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We share it only with the service providers that make this page work — our web host, our email provider, and (only if you accept cookies) the analytics and advertising providers listed under Cookies and tracking — and only so they can perform those services for us. The name, email address, and phone number you type into the form are not sent to those analytics providers. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Third-party services on this page

• Google Calendar appointment scheduling is embedded on this page. If you book a call, Google collects the information you enter into that booking form under Google's privacy policy.
• Skool hosts our community. If you follow the "Join the Community" link and sign up, your dealings there are governed by Skool's own terms and privacy policy.
• Google Fonts is used to load the typeface on this page.

Cookies and tracking

Nothing loads until you choose. When you first arrive you will see a cookie banner. Until you select Accept All, no analytics or advertising scripts run and no analytics or advertising cookies are set. If you select Essential Only, or ignore the banner, they stay off.

If you accept, we load the following, which set first-party cookies on this domain:

• PostHog — product analytics and session recordings, so we can see where people get stuck. Cookie: ph_…_posthog.
  What a session recording is: a replay of how the page was used — mouse movement, scrolling, clicks, and which sections were viewed — so we can find confusing steps and fix them.
  What it never contains: every form field is masked at the source, so the text you type (name, email, phone, or anything else) is never recorded or transmitted. Recording only happens if you choose Accept All; it does not run otherwise. PostHog's privacy policy.

We also set psc_consent, a strictly necessary cookie that simply remembers your choice so the banner does not reappear. Embedded services (such as the Google Calendar scheduler) may set their own cookies when you interact with them. You can change your mind at any time by clearing cookies for this site, which brings the banner back.

Email

The emails we send in response to this form are transactional — they deliver what you asked for and follow up on your request. We do not add you to a recurring marketing newsletter from this form. Reply to any message and ask us to stop, and we will.

Your choices
