What we provide
We provide a free educational document (the "Roadmap"), the ability to book a consultation call, and information about our paid community and services. Everything on this page is offered as general information for business owners.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, call volume, revenue, or other outcome. Search results are controlled by Google and change constantly; results depend on your market, competition, budget, effort, and factors outside anyone's control. Any figures, screenshots, or examples shown on this page reflect specific situations and are not a promise, projection, or typical result. Your results will differ.
Not professional advice
The Roadmap and any conversation with us is marketing information, not legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for complying with Google's policies and guidelines for your Google Business Profile. Following any suggestion is at your own risk, including the risk that Google may take action on a profile.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information, and only submit a phone number and email address you are authorized to use.
- Use the page and the Roadmap for your own business purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to this page or our systems.
The Roadmap and other materials
The Roadmap and the content on this page are owned by Pensacola SEO Company. You may download, print, and use them inside your own business. You may not resell them, republish them, or present them as your own work.
Booking a call
Appointments are scheduled through Google Calendar and are subject to availability. A booking is a conversation, not a contract for services — any engagement would be set out in a separate written agreement. Please cancel or reschedule if you cannot attend.
The community
Our Local SEO community is a separate paid subscription hosted on Skool at $29 per month. Joining, billing, cancellation, and community conduct are governed by Skool's terms and by the community rules, not by this page. Prices are subject to change.
Communications
When you submit the form you consent to be contacted at the email address and phone number you provide, including by phone and text, about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time — see our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
This page embeds Google Calendar and links to Skool and other third-party sites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Availability
We provide this page "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend, or remove this page or the Roadmap at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pensacola SEO Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of this page or the Roadmap. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Escambia or Santa Rosa County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the page means you accept the updated terms.
